- 成本一副窗户限位器或者儿童安全锁几十元。装上去十分钟。
- 说人话一副限位器几十块钱。纽约市给高风险住户免费装窗户护栏、又上门讲解，一个区上报的儿童坠落数三年里降了一半。后来纽约干脆立法，要求房东给住着小孩的房子装护栏。纱窗一推就开，不算防护。
- 收益纽约市从 1972 年起办了一个叫「孩子不会飞」的项目，在高风险城区免费发窗户护栏，还上门讲解。布朗克斯区上报的坠落数，1973 到 1975 年下降 50%。此后纽约市修改卫生法典，强制房东为住有 10 岁及以下儿童的公寓安装窗户护栏

- 备注窗边和阳台边不要放床、沙发、箱子这类小孩能爬上去的东西。纱窗只挡蚊子，一推就掉，别把它当护栏。也不是只有住高层才要装：美国那份数据里，多数坠落发生在二层或者更低。
